Moseley is seeking a full-time Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Construction Contract Administrator (MEP CCA) to join our Richmond, Virginia office. The role leads construction phase services for MEP disciplines on large commercial projects and serves as the primary Moseley contact with owners and contractors.
Candidates should have at least 3 years of contract administration experience on large commercial projects, a strong MEP background, and familiarity with codes such as NEC and ASHRAE.
Moseley is seeking a full-time Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Construction Contract Administrator (MEP CCA) to be an integral member of our team in our Richmond, VA office.
The MEP Construction Contract Administrator provides the leadership for the construction phase services on large commercial projects on behalf of Moseley for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering disciplines. This position serves as Moseley's point of contact along with the architectural Construction Contract Administrator and interacts with owners and contractors during the construction phase. Our MEP CCA has the final control and responsibility for timeliness and quality of all engineering related construction phase administrative actions. Compensation: $100,000-$130,000. Annual salary is commensurate with education & experience.
