Moseley seeks a full-time Construction Contract Administrator to lead Senior Living projects from our Baltimore team, serving as the primary construction-phase representative to owners, contractors, consultants, and Moseley project teams.
The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction administration or architectural experience, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, Procore proficiency, and Revit navigation. Overnight travel is required.
Moseley is seeking a full-time Construction Contract Administrator (CCA) to join our Baltimore team and focus on Senior Living projects. This position will serve as Moseley's primary construction-phase representative on multiple active projects and communities, working closely with owners, contractors, consultants, and Moseley project teams.
The CCA will lead construction-phase services, including field observation, RFIs, submittals, change management, pay applications, punch lists, and resolution of field conditions. Our Senior Living work frequently consists of large, multi-building campuses developed in multiple phases, with construction programs extending 5 years or more.
What’s Needed: Experienced Architect or Construction Administrator with 5+ years of significant commercial construction administration experience, preferably on large, complex, or multi-phase projects. Strong communication, organization, technical constructability and construction detailing problem-solving, and client-management skills are essential. Experience with Procore and the ability to navigate Revit models are required. Architectural licensure is preferred. Periodic overnight travel is required.
Moseley provides competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package for all full-time employees, including:
Compensation: $100,000-$115,000. Annual salary is commensurate with education & experience.
