Moseley is hiring a Construction Documentation Coordinator for our Scott’s Addition headquarters in Richmond, VA. The role requires strong administrative skills, daily use of Procore and Microsoft Office, and collaboration with our Construction Administration team to manage project documentation and cost data.
Responsibilities include setting up new projects with files, preparing proposals, processing payments, and maintaining submittal and change order records.
Our Construction Administration (CA) team is busy! Moseley is hiring for a full-time Construction Documentation Coordinator i n our Scott’s Addition headquarters office.
This role requires a well-organized, “can-do” multi-tasker with strong administrative and computer skills. Will extensively use Procore and Microsoft Office while supporting our CA team and projects. You’ll be regularly involved in construction phase services including project documentation, project file setup, proposal preparation, project & cost data entry, change orders, RFIs and submittals.
