Job summary

STRUCTR Advisors is seeking a Senior Manager for the Mechanical Analysis & Commissioning team to lead and grow the business unit. The role requires business development, technical excellence, project execution, staff development, and client management.

The unit delivers building commissioning, energy modeling, and supports affiliated construction work; incumbent will serve as commissioning liaison and lead project teams to successful outcomes. In-office role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 10+ years in commissioning, engineering consulting, MEP systems, facility operations or construction.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Certifications: CCP, BCxP, EBCP, LEED AP or CEM.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop direct report staff; manage staffing and performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, design teams, contractors, and facility stakeholders; assist in contract negotiations.
• Engage as commissioning manager on projects; ensure performance in design review, project execution and closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for testing, documentation, issue resolution, scheduling, and turnover; provide MEP guidance.
