Job summary

STRUCTR Advisors is seeking a Senior Manager for our Mechanical Analysis & Commissioning team. This role will lead and grow the unit, providing business development, technical excellence, project execution, staff development, and client management.

The role focuses on building commissioning, energy modeling, and collaboration with affiliated construction services to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of commissioning, engineering consulting, MEP systems, facility operations, or construction.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Certifications: CCP, BCxP, EBCP, LEED AP, CEM.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the project team.
• Oversee project execution from design review to closeout.
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, design teams, and contractors.
• Coordinate with affiliated construction teams and third-party commissioning providers.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and service expansion.
