Job summary

Diablo Tools, Inc. is expanding its MEP Sales Team and seeks an extroverted, highly motivated sales professional to own the Western North Carolina and South Carolina markets. You will drive market penetration and quarterly targets while nurturing key dealer relationships.

The role requires 50-75% overnight travel, strong communication, and the ability to develop effective sales programs within the Freud/Diablo portfolio. Join the best and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or 8 years commensurate experience.
• Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
• Basic understanding of sales strategies, processes and approaches.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory to promote Freud/Diablo, planning monthly, quarterly and yearly growth.
• Administrative duties include scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, suggested orders, and other tasks to grow market share.
• Build sustainable territory to achieve goals and metrics outlined by management.
• 50-75% Overnight Travel.
