Responsibilities

• Self-performs MEP and Fire Life Safety assessments and prepares assessment reports.
• Gather data from equipment tags, BAS, and drawings to determine conditions.
• Engage with clients, management, and engineers to develop and implement solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates for remedies and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Travel up to 40% as needed for site visits and investigations.
