Qualifications

Experience in VDC, BIM, MEP coordination or construction modeling.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and coordination documents.
Experience performing clash detection and resolving model coordination issues.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and coordinate 3D MEP models through the project lifecycle.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, piping, ductwork and related systems.
Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts between MEP, structure, and architecture.
Participate in multidisciplinary BIM/VDC coordination meetings.
Collaborate with project teams and trades to resolve clashes and constructability issues.
Incorporate design changes, RFIs, submittals, and field information into models.
Review models for accuracy, constructability, clearances, and installation requirements.
Support fabrication and prefabrication efforts where applicable.
