Job summary

UFP Industries is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn product lines, policies, and customer service while gaining hands-on sales experience. You will be mentored, participate in critical tasks, and complete a boot camp to strengthen industry knowledge.

You'll travel to other UFP facilities and build strong customer relationships as you progress along a clear career path from Sales Trainee to regional manager. Willingness to relocate to locations with greatest need is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Equivalent experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a passion for sales
• Candidate will need to have the ability and willingness to move to and reside where the company has the greatest need, with every effort to place candidates in their geographic area of interest while keeping in mind the best location for growth/opportunity

Responsibilities

• Learn about UFP products, policies, and procedures through immersive, on-the-job training.
• Participate in essential sales and customer service tasks to build your practical skills.
• Work closely with your mentor and team to assist in sales, customer support, and production activities.
