Job summary

Alpaca Health is a multi-state network of independent ABA therapists, working in homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities, following a BCBA's plan and collecting data.

Active RBT certification is preferred; if not certified, Alpaca Health offers a clear path toward certification with BCBA mentorship and training reimbursement. This is an in-person role with flexible scheduling to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience working with kids with autism.
• Willingness to be mentored by a BCBA.
• Able to pass a background check and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Implement behavior strategies and collect data.
• Follow a BCBA-designed plan and maintain consistent relationships.
