Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or associate degree in Business, Insurance, Communication, or a related field
• Obtain a minimum in-major GPA of 3.00
• Expected graduation of May 2029
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Obtain required licensing as needed
• Sentry does not offer employment in this position to holders of F‑1, J‑1, and H‑1 Visas for the purpose of obtaining practical experience

Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on insight into claims negotiations and settlement processes to help reach fair resolutions for customers
• Stand by customers during stressful times, guiding them through the claims process with genuine care and understanding
• Review policy details to accurately verify coverage and policy limits for current customers
• Dive into the details of a loss by gathering facts and reviewing documentation to understand what happened
• Maintain clear, thorough records of all investigations, communications, and steps taken throughout the claims process
