Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on insight into claims negotiations and settlement processes to help reach fair resolutions for customers.
• Stand by customers during stressful times, guiding them through the claims process with genuine care.
• Review policy details to verify coverage and policy limits for current customers.
• Dive into the details of a loss by gathering facts and reviewing documentation.
• Maintain clear, thorough records of investigations, communications, and steps taken.
