• Assist licensed or certified opticians in meeting customers' eyewear needs
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle
• Collaborate with teammates to establish best practices for sales and service
• Contribute to educating customers about Warby Parker values and mission
