Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Apprentice Optician at Tuscan Village to join our in-house optical team and help people see. You’ll train under a licensed or certified optician, learn measurements and fitting, and ensure eyewear meets both customer requests and our standards.

Responsibilities

• Learn to take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Collaborate with team to establish best practices for sales and customer service.
• Work with mentor to learn from a licensed or certified optician.
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate customers about our values and mission.
• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
