Responsibilities

• Learn to take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy.
• Check finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle.
• Form best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
• Represent the brand and educate others about Warby Parker values.
