Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in a formal beginning teacher assistance program.
• Help resolve problems of beginning teachers through assistance and support.
• Classroom observation and follow-up conferences on teaching techniques and classroom management.
• Assist with identifying goals and objectives and self-evaluation of intern teachers.
