Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, or communications.
• 2–4 years in sales, BD, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Generate qualified meetings and pipeline through outbound prospecting activities (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Follow up inbound leads from marketing programs, website inquiries, events, and referrals.
• Research accounts to identify decision-makers, business challenges, and opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and document findings in CRM systems.
• Schedule introductory meetings for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and trends
• Meet monthly activity, meeting-setting, and pipeline targets
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs
• Stay current on products, industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer use cases
