Trainees work with mentors and advisors to build a personal book of business while learning compliance and client service best practices. Eligible candidates typically hold a bachelor’s degree and have some sales experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant sales experience.
• Experience in financial services or advisor roles preferred.
• Strong client service and compliance awareness.
