Raymond James is seeking a Financial Advisor Trainee through the Advisor Mastery Program (AMP). Training combines distance learning with hands-on practice at the firm's international headquarters, preparing you to build an individual practice with guidance from mentors and managers.

You will balance new client development, investment management, and compliance while developing technical and sales skills for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; minimum years in sales or business environment.
• SIE required; Series 7 and 66 within four months from start of program.
• Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses or ability to obtain within six months from start of the program.

Responsibilities

• Become trained to perform the Financial Advisor role under supervision and mentorship.
• Meet production targets that contribute to overall program goals.
• Develop a book of business aligned with AMP program objectives for assets under management.
• Provide high level client service and sound financial advice consistent with client objectives.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four‑year college or university preferred
