Raymond James offers an Advisor Mastery Program (AMP) to train the next generation of Financial Advisors through distance learning, apprenticeship and on‑the‑job training at the firm’s headquarters. The program develops technical and sales skills to position new Advisors for success and client service excellence.

The Trainee works with mentors and Advisors to balance client development, investments, service and compliance while pursuing required FINRA licenses and building a personal practice,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting, business administration, or finance.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales or business experience, preferably in financial services.
• Licenses: SIE; Series 7 and 66 or ability to obtain within 4 months; Life/Health/Variable Annuity licensing or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build an individual practice under mentorship.
• Meet production targets and develop a client book of business.
• Provide financial planning and investment guidance aligned with client objectives.
