Raymond James is seeking candidates for the Advisor Mastery Program (AMP) Trainee role in the United States. The program combines distance learning, in-house training, and mentorship to prepare new Advisors for client-focused practice development.

Trainees balance client development, sales activities, investments, and compliance while pursuing required securities licenses and building a book of business. Qualified candidates typically hold a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of sales or business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant sales experience or equivalent.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) within specified time frames.
• Ability to learn and apply financial products and planning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Build a book of business through prospecting and client development.
• Provide financial advice aligned with client objectives, time horizon, and risk.
• Meet production and performance targets to contribute to firm revenue.
• Open, transfer, and manage client accounts and maintain records.
• Partner with mentors and advisors to develop professional competencies.
