Job summary

Raymond James seeks candidates for the Advisory Mastery Program (AMP), a structured development path to become a Financial Advisor. Trainees receive education, mentoring, and practical sales and technical training to prepare for client engagements and long-term growth.

After the first year, AMP Advisors are expected to meet production targets, helping clients achieve their financial goals while advancing Raymond James’ business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• SIE required; Series 7 & 66 or ability to obtain within 4 months.
• Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop client pipeline through prospecting, networking and community involvement.
• Manage client relationships: assess needs, evaluate investments and capital availability.
• Recommend suitable investment products based on client goals and risk tolerance.
• Coordinate with internal resources to identify opportunities and solutions.
• Build a book of business aligned with AMP production goals and AUM targets.
• Complete program training, obtain licenses, pass assessments and meet performance standards.
