Qualifications

• Prior law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
• Draft discovery requests, responses, and other litigation-related documents.
• Prepare and draft substantive motions and supporting briefs.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Support case preparation and advocacy throughout all stages of litigation.
• Collaborate with partners to develop effective case strategies.
• Communicate with clients and legal teams regarding litigation matters.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
