Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years in program management, relationship management, recruiting, or related field.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and grow ZLI's mentorship network.
• Develop workshops, training, and resources for mentoring relationships.
• Maintain searchable databases of mentors and entrepreneurship resources.
• Manage mentor onboarding, engagement communications, program logistics, budgets, and admin processes.
• Establish program goals, timelines, annual work plans, and success metrics.
• Gather participant feedback and implement program improvements.
• Recruit Michigan-affiliated founders, investors, executives, alumni, and leaders as mentors.
• Cultivate mentor relationships through regular communication and stewardship.
• Expand partnerships with entrepreneurship centers, accelerators, and hubs at UM and peers.
• Connect students with mentors, funding, programs, and resources aligned with venture stage.
