Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year in program management, relationship management, recruiting, or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and grow ZLI's mentorship network, including mentor onboarding and engagement.
• Develop workshops and resources to help students build mentoring relationships.
• Coordinate mentor matches, track budgets, and report on program metrics.
• Build partnerships with entrepreneurship centers and academic units to expand mentor networks.
