Job summary

University of Michigan's Zell Lurie Institute seeks a relationship-driven professional to launch and lead a new mentorship network connecting students with founders, investors, and innovation leaders.

You will recruit mentors, engage students, match mentors with ventures, and manage program operations while building a vibrant entrepreneurial community on campus. This is a three-year hybrid role based in Ann Arbor, MI, with some travel and after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year in program management, relationship management, recruiting, sales, customer success, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and grow ZLI's mentorship network; develop workshops and resources for student mentoring.
• Recruit University of Michigan-affiliated founders, investors, executives, alumni to serve as mentors.
• Build partnerships with entrepreneurship centers, accelerators, and innovation hubs; connect students with mentors and resources.
