Job summary

Therapy Care in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a speech-language pathologist at CF or experienced level to provide high-quality services to children and collaborate with a supportive team.

You will conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, deliver therapy, and partner with educators and families. We offer flexible scheduling, W-2 status with full benefits, PTO, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Active or eligible SLP license in Illinois.
• PEL or eligibility to obtain licensure in Illinois.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to collaboration, lifelong learning, and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of child speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals based on findings.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to children with varied needs using play-based approaches.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Educate families and caregivers on communication development and strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment.
