Job summary

Therapy Care in Illinois is seeking a speech-language pathologist (CF fellow or experienced) to join a supportive team focused on children's development. You will engage in collaborative patient care, mentor relationships, and evidence-based practice to help children reach their fullest potential.

We offer flexible scheduling, part-time options, and opportunities to split time between school and early intervention settings, with compensation up to $60/hour and a robust benefits package for W-2

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Illinois SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• PEL or eligibility to obtain licensure in Illinois.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; collaboration and lifelong learning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of child speech, language, fluency, voice and social communication.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on assessments.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to children using various approaches.
• Collaborate with educators, families and multidisciplinary team to support success.
• Integrate communication goals into educational programming and daily routines.
• Educate families on communication development and intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations, progress, and plans.
