Job summary

Therapy Care is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (CF or experienced clinician) to join a supportive team in Illinois. You will participate in mentorship, collaborative sessions, and evidence-based practice while delivering therapy to children in school or early intervention settings.

Opportunities include part-time and full-time schedules, with potential to perform disability evaluations under Social Security for experienced clinicians. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program is required.
• Illinois licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of child's speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals based on assessment findings.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to children with diverse communication needs.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support a child’s success.
• Integrate communication goals into educational programming and daily routines.
• Educate families and caregivers on communication development and intervention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations and progress reports.
