CDI Head Start is seeking a Mentor Coach to guide Head Start teachers in planning, instruction, and content knowledge, helping them acclimate to their school community and teaching in general.

The role requires at least a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field and a minimum of two years of experience working with young children and families; training and ongoing technical support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• At least two years of experience working with young children and families.

Responsibilities

• Guide Head Start teachers to develop planning, instruction, and content knowledge.
• Orient teachers to their school community and to teaching in general.
• Provide training and technical support for Head Start careers.
