Job summary

Mississippi Department of Employment Security seeks a mentor coach to support Head Start/Early Head Start staff in best practices for early learning, teacher interaction, and emotional development. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Elementary with an emphasis in early childhood.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a preschool classroom.
• Knowledgeable of Early Childhood Education and Developmentally Best Practices and innovative approaches to classroom management.
• Must have CLASS certification and maintain it throughout employment.
