We are seeking a Mental Health Worker to join our team at our residential location in Montgomery County, Fort Washington, PA.

Position Details

The Mental Health Worker works with, and adheres to the safety and welfare of all consumers with mental and behavioral health diagnoses in their residential programs while carrying out direct care responsibilities and participates in and follows the treatment planning process.

The Mental Health Worker will:

• Ensure the safety and welfare of our 8 residents at our Personal Care home in Ft. Washington, PA.
• Complete medication passes.
• Participate in skills groups with our residents.
• Partner with the leadership team in the resident's treatment planning process.
• Transport residents to and from doctors' appointments.
• Assist residents with daily living skills like meal preparation, laundry, and bedroom/house cleaning.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Earn $16.40 per hour, or $18.40 per hour with the selection of our Enhanced Pay option!

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Mental health experience preferred but not required.
• This role is 32 hours per week: Must be able to work 3 pm to 11 pm Monday and Thursday, Friday 8 am-4 pm then every other Weekend 3 pm-11 pm.
