Full Job Description

Centerville Clinics Family Based Unit is looking for Mental Health Workers and Professionals to provide supportive therapeutic/case work services in harmony with the Family Based team. The goal is to effectively manage family crisis situations and promote a stable living environment for the family.

Job Details

Pay: $21.02 an hour

Type: Full-time

Shift and Schedule

• Rotating shift
• On call

Responsibilities

• Assist the Family Based Mental Health Professionals during home, school, or community visits/sessions.
• Provide supportive counseling aligned with family counseling goals and treatment plans.
• Teach parents behavior change strategies to improve family interactions.
• Guide parents in accessing community services.
• Offer therapeutic support/casework for families and patients.
• Be available 24/7 for assigned families on a rotating schedule, providing backup for team members when on call.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Act 33 and FBI Clearances
• BLS and CPR Certifications
• At least 1 year experience in a CASSP system program
• Licensed RN with CASSP experience may also apply
• Driver's License

Work Location

• Multiple locations; main office in Washington, PA
