New Directions Mental Health in Pittsburgh, part of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed or license-eligible Therapists to join our outpatient team. You will deliver individual and family therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and a supportive clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and providing high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, admin staff, and therapists.
