New Directions Mental Health in Pittsburgh is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our Transformations Care Network team. You will provide outpatient therapy, collaborate with psychiatrists, dietitians, and nurses, and support clients in a culturally sensitive, strengths-based approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
• Professional licensing path completed or in progress.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and admin staff.
