Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network (TCN), is hiring Mental Health Therapists in Pittsburgh to join a collaborative clinical team.

You will deliver outpatient therapy, conduct assessments, and coordinate care with psychiatrists and other providers. A $2,500 hiring incentive is available; base pay ranges $33–$38 per billable unit, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling, MFC, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and admin staff.
