Job summary
New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed therapists to join our team. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy in a collaborative clinical setting that supports growth and licensure advancement.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
- Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
- Educational background leading to professional licensing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
