Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation may be required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing and credentialing.

Aufgaben

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment planning; handle insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists.
