New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is expanding access to behavioral health care and inviting therapists to join a collaborative team. The role supports emerging and licensed therapists with supervision and development opportunities as they work toward licensure in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation (if required).
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and administrative staff for holistic care.
