New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists to join our team. You will conduct assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy, and develop crisis and wellness plans tailored to diverse clients.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
• Educational background that leads to profession licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high‑quality care.
• Dedicated to ongoing professional development including supervision and CE.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Aufgaben

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
