Job summary

New Directions Mental Health in Ambridge, PA seeks therapists to join a collaborative team within Transformations Care Network. You will deliver outpatient therapy, assess diverse clients, and work toward licensure with strong clinical and administrative support.

You will develop safety and wellness plans, participate in team meetings, and ensure accurate documentation while benefiting from ongoing supervision, professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in social work or related field.
• Provisional license may be required per state regulations.
• Licensed in the state or eligible for licensure.
• Committed to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
