Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, invites licensed therapists to join our team in Pennsylvania. We offer a collaborative clinical environment supporting growth and licensure, with a multidisciplinary team and dedicated supervision.

As a Therapist on our team, you will conduct assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop crisis and wellness plans, participate in case conferences, and handle documentation and billing with a commitment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Passionate about mental health and committed to high-quality care.
• Ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Eager to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete documentation and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely completion of billing, documentation, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff to provide holistic care.
