New Directions Mental Health, a Transformations Care Network member, seeks licensed Therapists to empower clients in behavioral health. You will work in a collaborative clinical team supporting licensure and professional growth in a community-focused setting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, delivering outpatient therapy, crisis planning, and coordinating with psychiatrists and nurses. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing supervision.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background that leads to professional licensing.
• Ongoing professional development and supervision in mental health.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients' needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
