Job summary

- Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
- Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
- Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
- Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
