Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC in New Jersey is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to support patients suffering from depression. Primary duties include preparing and administering Spravato and TMS under clinical guidelines, monitoring safety, taking vitals, and maintaining accurate treatment notes.

Candidates should have high school graduation, basic computer skills, and a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate with basic computer skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems.
• Customer service experience and patient-friendly approach.
• Must be able to work 8-hour shifts (8AM–7PM) with flexibility.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer Spravato and TMS therapy per guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication and treatment information with each patient before sessions.
• Monitor safety and clinical accuracy during treatments.
• Take patient vitals for Spravato treatment.
• Document treatment notes and submit REMS forms as required.
• Greet patients, schedule treatments, and assist with administrative tasks.
