Synaptic Psych is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician to support TMS and Esketamine therapies in Memphis, TN. The role involves direct patient care, accurate documentation, and close collaboration with clinicians to ensure safe, effective treatment sessions.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a human sciences field, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and communicate clearly with patients and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human sciences-related field is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with TMS and esketamine treatments under clinical supervision.
• Record and maintain accurate treatment notes and patient documentation.
• Order and manage medical supplies and medications as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all treatment areas to ensure a safe, sanitary environment.
• Provide excellent patient-facing care, fostering comfort, trust, and support throughout each treatment session.
• Collaborate closely with clinical providers to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
