At Oak Street South we focus on depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-injurious behavior, trauma, and personality disorders. We also commonly see comorbid substance use disorder, OCD, and eating disorders. Our patient interactions/interventions are therapeutic, highly interpersonal, and skills-based.
This is a per diem, as needed position with a requirement of at least four 8/hr shifts per month. Shifts could be Days or Evenings and flexibility is a must.
Summary: Responsible for providing direct care to patients with psychiatric disorder; to ensure the safety and well-being of patients; to support the maintenance of therapeutic milieu.
