The ART is a 22-bed, short-term residential treatment program in Middleboro, MA. Our program uses dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) as the primary treatment modality to serve patients experiencing a variety of psychiatric and psychosocial challenges, including suicidal and non-suicidal self-injurious behaviors, mood and anxiety disorders, substance misuse, psychosis, and trauma reactivity. This is a per diem, as needed position. A minimum of four 8/hr shifts are required per month, and two must be on the weekends. Shifts are as rotation of Days and Evenings. Must be able to work both Days and Evenings. Summary:Responsible for providing direct care to patients with psychiatric disorder; to ensure the safety and well-being of patients; to support the maintenance of therapeutic milieu.
