Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide direct care to patients with psychiatric disorders, ensuring safety and a therapeutic milieu. This role requires patient care and collaboration with the health care team to support families and responsive care on evenings with a 32-hour schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience 0-1 year preferred.
• Ability to work well collaboratively and independently.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with patients and families.
• Completion of AVADE training within 30 days of hire.

• Displays professional boundaries in relationships with patients.
• Complete and file all documentation as required in a timely manner.

• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Ability to work well collaboratively and independently. - Ability to operate within Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. - Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities successfully. - Basic computer skills. - Ability to work effectively with patients, other members of the Health Care Team, facility personnel, and families/supportive others. - Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. - Successful completion of AVADE training is required within 30 days of hire.

Licenses and Credentials

• Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers preferred
• Nursing Assistant [LNA - New Hampshire] - New Hampshire Board of Nursing preferred

Compensation & Benefits
