Oak Street South at The McLean Hospital Corporation seeks a per diem psychiatric care professional. The role involves direct patient care for individuals with psychiatric disorders, ensuring safety and therapeutic milieu, and providing family counseling within a collaborative clinical team.

At Oak Street South we focus on depression, anxiety, suicidality, self‑injurious behavior, trauma, and personality disorders. We also commonly see comorbid substance use disorder, OCD, and eating disorders. Our patient interactions/interventions are therapeutic, highly interpersonal, and skills‑based This is a per diem, as needed position with a requirement of at least four 8/hr shifts per month. Shifts could be Days or Evenings and flexibility is a must.
